I've been trying to cut processed food out of my life, however, I've always had a weakness for crackers. They're tasty, fulfilling, and they're healthy without being too healthy. Unfortunately, the ingredient list for most of the items I've loved is a bit scary (I'm talking to you "corn sugar"). I've also tried organic crackers, but I just don't have the bank account. Therefore, I've been playing around with a few recipes to find homemade replacements. The graham crackers are good, but I think I could find a recipe that would be better. For the batch seen here, I used a recipe from the King Arthur flour website. They definitely needed more cinnamon.
On the other hand, the whole wheat crackers were melt in your mouth amazing! I had to slap Tim's hands away from the cooling rack. I found the recipe for those here. They'll probably be gone by tomorrow. Yes, we snack even on Thanksgiving. Speaking of, I hope you have a lovely Thanksgiving!
